2. Eligibility

2.1 This competition is open only to persons aged 18 or over .
2.2 Employees, contractors, agents, or immediate family members of the Promoter are not eligible.

3. Competition Format

3.1 This is a skill-based prize competition, not a lottery. Entry requires purchase of an entry and correct completion of the skill question. Entries with incorrect answers are invalid and will not be considered.
3.2 The skill question and criteria for correctness are provided on the entry page.

4. How to Enter

4.1 The competition opens on 04th February 2026 and closes on 05th May 2026.
4.2 To enter online:
(a) Select number of entries;
(b) Correctly answer the skill question;
(c) Complete checkout and pay the entry fee.
4.3 Each valid entry counts once. Entries in languages other than English are invalid.

5. Free/Alternative Entry Method

5.1 No purchase is required to enter. A free postal entry route is available as described on our website under “Free Postal Entry”. Postal entries must include full name, email, correct answer, and be received by the closing date to be valid.

6. Entry Limits

6.1 Multiple entries permitted and each valid entry counts as a separate entry. Each entry must independently satisfy the skill requirement.

7. Minimum Entry Requirement & Cancellation

7.1 A minimum number of 2500 valid entries must be received for the competition to proceed.
7.2 If this minimum is not met by the closing date, the competition will be cancelled and entry fees refunded in full.

8. Winner Selection

8.1 All valid entries with correct answers will be included in the selection process.
8.2 Invalid entries will not be included under any circumstances.
8.3 Winners will be determined in accordance with the competition rules by evaluating only valid entries..
8.4 The prize (campervan) will be delivered/transferred in the United Kingdom with UK registration and any initial UK road tax covered up to the point of handover. The winner is solely responsible for: Arranging collection or delivery from the handover location. All costs of transport, insurance, MOT (if required), and ongoing road tax/fuel/maintenance. Complying with local registration requirements in their jurisdiction. Paying any applicable taxes, duties, or fees, including (but not limited to) Vehicle Registration Tax (VRT) if registering in the Republic of Ireland. The organiser does not cover, reimburse, or include any VRT, VAT, customs duties, or other import/registration costs for winners outside the UK mainland. Winners in the Republic of Ireland should be aware that VRT (typically 13.3% of OMSP for campervans) will apply upon registration, and these costs are not included in the prize. By entering, you confirm you understand and accept these responsibilities. The organiser accepts no liability for any additional costs incurred by the winner.

9. Winner Notification

9.1 We will attempt to contact the winner using the contact details provided at entry within 7 days of the closing date.
9.2 If the winner cannot be reached within 7 days, an alternative winner may be selected.

10. Prize and Transfer

10.1 The prize is as described on the competition page. Terms of prize transfer are governed by the competition rules.
10.2 The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered, except at Promoter’s discretion.

11. Refunds

11.1 Entry fees are non-refundable except where the competition is cancelled as set out in clause 7.

12. Data Use & Publicity

12.1 Personal data collected will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
12.2 Winners agree to reasonable use of their name and town/county of residence for announcement purposes unless they opt out.

13. Liability

13.1 To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for lost or delayed entries, technical issues, or any consequential loss.

14. Governing Law

14.1 These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

15. Acceptance

15.1 By entering the competition you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.
